Space Rental Available

We are delighted that you are considering Practice Place™, LLC, 207 Simmons Street, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 to hold your group/event. 
 

  • We are a therapeutic community and limit our rentals to the healing process community.
     

  • We encourage collaboration when appropriate with the independent therapist(s) at Practice Place™
     

  • Practice Place™ is an alcohol, drug and tobacco free environment.

Practice Place™, LLC has 3 RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Perch - Community room

$35 per hour, $95 for 1/2 day and $190 for a full day. This includes set up and break down times. We also offer special rates for support groups.

  • This intimate upper level space is perfect for small groups.  Flexible seating arrangement can easily accommodate up to 15 participants with chairs only. 

  • 2 – 6’ tables with chairs will accommodate 10 participants. 

  • The space, when furniture free, is perfect for body movement, art or dance therapy.

  • The space includes a counter space with electricity for your AV equipment.

  • Lessee is responsible for set up and breakdown.

  • The Perch has a restroom.
     

 

The Tea Room - Fill your cup

     -Included with the Grounding Space
 

  • 2 comfortable chairs, sofa and plenty of room for stand-up conversation has access to The Grounding Space.

  • The Tearoom has an electric teapot, a filtered water pitcher, a small refrigerator and a small table.

  • Cups and a nice tea selection are available for you and your participants to enjoy.

  • Lessee is responsible to wipe off the counters, wash the cups and remove the trash to the outside waste can.

  • A restroom is located adjacent to The Tearoom.

     

 

The Grounding Space - Urban Ecotherapy

$35 per hour, $125 for 8 hour day. 

This includes set up and clean up time.

  • Surrounded by trees, this large open space is perfect for outdoor creative and/or spiritual activities.  15 Adirondack chairs and a fire pit add to its spiritual ambiance.  Plans for the back meeting area are coming along nicely!

  • Easily accommodates 50 or more participants.  Lessee is responsible to provide all paper products and refreshments, if any.

  • Restroom is located indoors near the Tea Room.

  • Lessee is responsible for rental, set up and removal of extra chairs and other needed equipment.

  • Lessee is responsible for all trash pick up.




The Cardinal Office 

$25 per hour/ 2-hour minimum,
monthly rental negotiable

 

  • This sunlit office often has Cardinals in the trees just outside the window.   

  • 4 comfortable chairs in this quiet upper room office provide ease of conversation, therapy and confidentiality.
